Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Laptop Specialist L1 (Fresher), located in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for performing basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on laptops, addressing common hardware and software issues, and providing prompt resolutions. Additional responsibilities include setting up and configuring laptops, guiding users through basic maintenance, and collaborating with the support team to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Basic technical skills like hardware diagnostics, software installation, and system configuration
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolving common technical issues
- Customer service skills including effective communication, guidance, and support
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows or macOS
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in a fast-paced setting
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
