Position Overview
As a Technical Implementation Specialist on our global Solutions team in Bangalore, you'll own end-to-end client onboarding and implementation of Lifesight's measurement platform. This role is for someone who digs deep into complex data problems, communicates with confidence, and never stops until the job is done. You'll work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to drive measurable adoption and success.
What You'll Do
● Own client onboarding — validate data pipelines, test configurations, and ensure accurate measurement setup from day one.
● Work hands-on with fragmented, multi-source data across Excel, SQL, and BigQuery; Combining, cleaning, and transforming datasets to deliver reliable outputs.
● Proactively identify data quality issues — type mismatches, schema inconsistencies, integration gaps before they impact client outcomes.
● Spot anomalies and patterns in data; proactively surface insights that drive better decisions for clients and internal teams.
● Serve as the primary technical point of contact — manage client expectations, simplify complex concepts, and maintain trust throughout every engagement.
● Troubleshoot and resolve complex implementation issues using internal tooling, APIs, and cross-functional collaboration.
● Use AI tools and prompt engineering to streamline workflows and automate repetitive implementation tasks.
● Conduct regular account health checks and flag risks before they escalate.
● Feed structured client feedback into Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.

What We're Looking For
● 5+ years in technical implementation, solutioning, or solutions consulting within B2B SaaS; Ideally in data or marketing technology.
● Proven ability to scope and translate complex client requirements into structured, actionable implementation plans.
● Strong client-facing communication skills — able to manage relationships and adapt conversation style across technical and business stakeholders.
● Hands-on experience combining, cleaning, and transforming fragmented, multi-format data using Excel, SQL, BigQuery, and Python.
● Sharp data hygiene instincts; Independently spot and resolve type errors, schema mismatches, and structural inconsistencies.
● Ability to read data critically; Identify patterns, surface anomalies, and draw conclusions without being directed.
● Working knowledge of REST APIs, Google Cloud (BigQuery), and SQL-based transformation workflows.
● Active user of AI tools and prompt engineering to work faster and smarter.
● First Principles thinking. You take ownership, challenge assumptions, and don't let blockers sit.
Nice to Have
● Familiarity with Incrementality Experimentation, Marketing Mix Models, Tag Managers, AdTech, DSPs, or marketing attribution tools.
● Scripting experience in Python or JavaScript; exposure to SDKs, pixels, or front-end technologies.
