OnDemand is building The Brief — an intelligent revenue-operations layer for founder-led businesses that surfaces the operational problems hiding in the seams between a company's tools. We are at our most pivotal stage: moving the product from build to live internal pilot. We need one person to own that journey end-to-end and give leadership the confidence that the system works before we take it to market.
The Role
You are the critical link between engineering and the business. Our developer builds; you turn a built product into a deployed, adopted, value-generating system inside a live organisation — first within OnDemand itself, then as the repeatable model for paying clients. This is hands-on implementation, not strategy on paper. If you have taken enterprise SaaS from "it runs in dev" to "the whole company depends on it," this is for you.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end implementation of The Brief within OnDemand — our internal pilot and proving ground before go-to-market.
- API integrations & system architecture — connecting and validating data flows across email, calendar, CRM (Salesforce/Zoho), accounting, and messaging layers.
- Deployment, configuration & technical adaptation to fit real-world workflows rather than ideal-case demos.
- Onboarding, training & adoption — ensuring people actually use the product and extract value from day one.
- The bridge role — translating technical reality into business confidence, working directly between our developer and leadership.
- The implementation playbook — documenting a repeatable deployment process so each future client onboarding is faster and cleaner than the last.
What You Bring
- Proven track record implementing and scaling enterprise SaaS products inside organisations — from rollout through full adoption.
- Strong technical fluency: you understand APIs, integrations, and system architecture deeply and can debug, not just describe.
- Hands-on experience across the full implementation lifecycle — scoping, deployment, configuration, training, adoption, and iteration.
- Ability to operate independently and move fast in an early-stage, ambiguous product environment — you make things happen without hand-holding.
- Clear communicator who can hold both a technical and a leadership conversation in the same breath.
