Technical HR Generalist Internship

Internship Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Technical HR Generalist Intern to support our HR and recruitment operations. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in technical hiring, employee coordination, and HR process management within a fast-paced technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support technical hiring for embedded systems, IoT, hardware, and software roles.
- Maintain candidate databases, HRMS records, and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, and internal communications.
- Work closely with leadership for day-to-day HR operations and coordination.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Interest in technical recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR tools will be an added advantage.
