Role Description
The Technical Head R&D & ASM role at SUNRISE VICTUALS PRIVATE LIMITED is a full-time on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role includes leading research and development initiatives to innovate and improve food products and processes. Responsibilities also include providing technical support, supervising assembly processes, managing and training teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Technical Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive advancements and maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess processes, solve problems, and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in technical support and a strong technical background
- Proven ability in team management and leadership, with experience in training and guiding team members
- Familiarity with food production processes and standards is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and process improvement
