Job Title: Group Technical Head – Veterinary
Job Summary:
The Group Technical Head – Veterinary is responsible for leading and overseeing all veterinary and animal health operations across the organization. The role ensures implementation of standardized health protocols, biosecurity measures, regulatory compliance, and productivity improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement group-wide animal health strategies.
- Supervise regional veterinary teams and provide technical guidance.
- Monitor disease control, vaccination programs, and treatment protocols.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients.
- Analyze performance data and report to senior management.
Qualifications:
- DVM/BVSc & AH (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in veterinary practice/industry, with leadership experience.
