Job Summary:

Responsible for leading the IT Technical Department, ensuring high-quality training delivery, curriculum development, and strong student outcomes across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT training operations across centers
• Supervise Regional Heads, Territory Heads, and trainers
• Develop and update curriculum as per industry trends
• Ensure standardized, hands-on training delivery
• Monitor trainer performance and conduct evaluations
• Track student progress, certifications, and placement readiness
• Introduce latest technologies (Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.)
• Maintain training quality through audits and regular reviews
• Handle technical escalations and resolve issues
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and placement teams
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and branch visits

Skills Required:

• Strong IT domain knowledge (Networking, Programming, Cloud, etc.)
• Experience in training, leadership, and curriculum development
• Good communication and team management skills
• Willingness to travel
