We are looking for a Technical Head with strong experience in automotive product development, especially in electromechanical systems (sensors, solenoids, actuators, coils, ECUs).
➡️ Key Responsibilities
▪️ Technical Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute technology roadmap (EV, ADAS, smart sensors, electrification)
- Lead new product development and customer RFQs
- Establish engineering standards and best practices
- Drive innovation, localization, and cost optimization
- Product Development & Engineering
- Manage full product lifecycle: Concept → SOP
- Ensure execution of APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R
- Validate designs and approve engineering calculations
(coil design, magnetic force, thermal, sealing, etc.)
▪️ Customer & Business Interface
- Act as technical interface for OEMs / Tier-1 customers
- Lead design reviews, technical discussions, and failure analysis (8D)
- Support RFQs and techno-commercial proposals
▪️ Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work with Manufacturing (DFM/DFA), Quality (PPAP), Procurement, and Sales
- Validation & Problem Solving
- Ensure DVP execution (environmental, electrical, mechanical)
- Approve EOL testing strategy
- Lead root cause analysis and resolve field/production issues

- First-time-right design & low warranty issues
- On-time DVP completion
- Cost optimization (VA/VE)
- Improved customer satisfaction & reduced PPM
➡️ Preferred Skills
- Experience in plastic, rubber, and metal part development
- Knowledge of automotive parts (sensors, coils, etc.)
- Strong understanding of drawings and customer requirements
- APQP documentation expertise
