Role Description
Blueprints Beyond, seeks an experienced Head of Technical Operations with over 20 years of expertise in STP, WTP, hydropneumatic systems, as well as civil and structural engineering. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The candidate will oversee technical operations, manage projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality technical solutions. Core responsibilities include optimizing operations, providing technical support, and ensuring project outcomes align with organizational goals. He will be onboard on profit sharing basis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Team Management, Team Leadership, and mentoring large teams effectively
- Strong expertise in Operations Management, with a focus on coordinating technical and engineering processes
- Proficiency in Technical Support, particularly in managing and troubleshooting STP, WTP, and hydropneumatic systems
- Extensive experience in Project Management with a focus on civil and structural engineering projects
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance to industry standards and maintain efficient workflows
- A Degee in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience working within the real estate or construction sector is a significant advantage
