Role Description
This is a hybrid role located in India, with some flexibility for remote work, designed for fresh graduates seeking to join as Technical Freshers. Your daily tasks will include assisting in technical development, coding, and software troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting processes, testing product functionality, learning new programming languages, and addressing client support issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python & DevOps
- Understanding of databases, SQL, and basic data modeling
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts, testing, and quality assurance
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-changing environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Any prior internship or project experience in technology or financial services is a plus
