Role Description As a Technical Founder at AiRocks, you will lead the design and development of core AI-powered trading infrastructure and systems. You will architect scalable platforms, write production-quality code, and oversee model development, testing, and deployment into live trading environments. You will collaborate on product strategy, define technical roadmaps, and make key decisions on tools, frameworks, and infrastructure. Daily work includes hands-on prototyping, performance optimization, code reviews, and ensuring reliability and security of the trading stack. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, where you will work closely with other founding team members to build and grow the company.
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering skills in languages commonly used for trading and AI systems (e.g., Machine Learning, Python, C++, or Rust), with experience building high-performance deeptech, production-grade services.
- Solid grounding in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and systems design, with the ability to architect scalable, low-latency infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience in machine learning or AI (e.g., model training, evaluation, deployment), preferably with exposure to reinforcement learning or applied ML in financial domains.
- Background in quantitative finance, trading systems, or financial market data processing is highly beneficial, including familiarity with market microstructure and risk considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a founder or early-stage builder: end-to-end product ownership, rapid prototyping, and comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration.
- Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and fellow founders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work hybrid in India and commit to a full-time, long-term founding role with significant responsibility and ownership.
