Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Field Engineer located in Telangana, India. The Technical Field Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, performing field service operations, and assisting customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The role involves working closely with other teams to maintain and enhance the functionality of location and navigation systems while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Proven experience in Field Service and Customer Service operations
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and travel to on-site locations as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with location technologies, navigation systems, or automotive systems is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
