• Regular Training for all levels of staff to improve efficiency of technical staff
• Preparation of daily/weekly/reports of electromechanical equipments
• Liaising with the local authorities • Operation and preventive measures of lift, cctv , firefighting , DG system and STP • Documentation and record of servicing carried out of all equipments and timely procurement of spare parts
• Maintaining records of snag and replacement of parts for data analysis
• Planning and solving customer response mechanism to speedy redress and complaints Whatare we looking for?
