Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Expert – Dairy Operations & Supply Chain, located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing the quality control of dairy products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service standards. Daily activities include optimizing supply chain operations, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring product quality, and implementing best practices for the dairy sector. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with industry standards and deliver exceptional operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize milk procurement, processing, and distribution systems
• Improve plant efficiency and capacity utilization
• Strengthen cold chain and logistics network
• Support value-added dairy product development
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP standards
Qualifications
• B.Tech / M.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology / Agricultural Engineering
• MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) – Preferred
Experience:
• 3–5 years in dairy / food processing sector
• Experience in plant operations and supply chain management preferred
