Solar Installation Technical Executive
📍 Location: Jaipur (Field-Based Role)

We are seeking a Solar Installation Technical Executive to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience or training in solar systems, this is your opportunity to work on real-time projects and accelerate your career growth.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site assessments for solar installation feasibility
• Install and supervise rooftop & ground-mounted solar systems
• Work with panels, inverters, batteries, and electrical connections
• Perform testing, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers
• Maintain installation reports and support maintenance activities
🧠 Skills Required:
• Knowledge of solar PV systems (on-grid / off-grid / hybrid)
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring
• Ability to read technical layouts (SLD is an advantage)
• Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
🎓 Eligibility & Experience:
• Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Freshers with solar training or internship experience are welcome to apply
