Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Technical Engineer. The responsibilities include implementing, configuring, and managing enterprise applications based on customer requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring scalability and security within various IT environments. The Technical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, optimize operational efficiency, and contribute to technological innovation while aligning with industry best practices. The role requires proactivity in managing system performance, creating documentation, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Enterprise Applications such as Pega, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP
- Experience with Cloud Engineering platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI, and knowledge of microservices and serverless technologies
- Familiarity with AI and Digital Innovations, including Generative AI, Automation Bots, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Cognitive Graphs
- Skilled in Telecom systems such as Oracle BRM, ECE, OSM, or Amdocs
- Understanding of Testing and Automation tools like Selenium, JMeter, or UFT
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to develop scalable, secure systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Pega) are a plus
