Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Engineer, located in Mangaluru. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of engineering solutions, including 3D modeling and ensuring pipeline integrity. Regular duties include collaborating with teams to address project requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves contributing to project management tasks and maintaining detailed technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and 3D Modeling tools and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to technical engineering challenges
• Attention to detail, precision, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Create and update 3D piping models and 2D drawings (isometrics, layouts) from P&IDs and line lists.  
• Support piping checks and inputs for stress analysis (Caesar II) and basic piping calculations.  
• Prepare training demo models, present company profile, and assist in training sessions.  
• Identify and pursue student enrolments and client leads, present company capabilities and support proposal follow-up.  
• Create/update training materials, mentor trainees, and deliver demos in English, Kannada, and Hindi.  
• Communicate with clients and project teams, attend meetings, and incorporate feedback into models/deliverables.  
• Follow QA/QC procedures, applicable piping codes/standards, and maintain professional documentation.
• Manage office and training logistics: scheduling, registrations, attendance, and student inquiries
