Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Employee role based in Ranchi. The Technical Employee will be responsible for delivering technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting research to resolve problems, and providing analytical insight to enhance operational efficiency. The role also requires close collaboration with teams, clear communication, and problem-solving capabilities to ensure seamless execution of technical responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and conducting Research
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
- Experience in similar roles or technical fields is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant technical field is preferred
