Role Overview:


We are looking for a technically strong, self-driven professional to join our Product Documentation team as 


Technical Documentation Engineer. 
This role is designed for individuals who bring solid system-level understanding and are comfortable 
working hands-on with telecom or cloud-native systems. 
In addition to contributing to high-quality product documentation, the candidate will play a key role in 
validating technical content through direct interaction with the system, improving documentation 
accuracy, and reducing dependency on multiple stakeholders for technical clarity. 
The role combines technical writing with hands-on system exploration and knowledge sharing. It involves 
close day-to-day collaboration with Engineering, QA, Product Management, Support, and Training teams, 
ensuring alignment between product behavior, documentation, and broader knowledge dissemination. 
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to build deep product knowledge while 
contributing to both content creation and cross-team knowledge enablement. 


 


Key Responsibilities: 
Develop and support product documentation, including: 
User guides, administration manuals, installation and configuration guides, system workflows, feature 
descriptions, and operational procedures. 
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and user-focused content for different 
audiences. 
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system architecture, workflows, and feature 
behavior. 
Collaborate regularly with Training teams to align documentation with system usage flows, practical 
application scenarios, and knowledge dissemination needs. 


 Independently explore product functionalities and validate documentation through hands-on interaction 
with systems and lab environments. 
Install, configure, and operate product components in controlled environments to capture accurate 
workflows, outputs, and visual artifacts. 
Review and enhance existing documentation for technical accuracy, completeness, and usability. 
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in technical content and proactively resolve them. 
Reduce dependency on SMEs by building a strong working knowledge of the product and its deployment 
scenarios. 
Support knowledge sharing across teams by explaining system behavior, guiding peers, and contributing to 
internal knowledge assets. 
Contribute to improving documentation structure, clarity, and overall user experience. 
Support creation of system-level walkthroughs, guided flows, and reusable knowledge assets for internal 
and external use. 
Leverage modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve efficiency in content creation and 
validation. 


 


Required Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or a related field. 
3-10 years of experience in telecom, networking, cloud, or related technical domains. 
Strong understanding of system architecture, deployment models, and integration concepts. 
Hands-on experience working with complex systems, including installation, configuration, or testing. 
Familiarity with 4G/5G systems, RAN architecture, or Open RAN concepts is strongly preferred. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (must-have). 
Demonstrated ability or strong interest in technical writing, documentation, or structured knowledge 
sharing.

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. 
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms. 
• Exposure to documentation tools such as Markdown, DITA, or similar structured authoring frameworks is a plus. 
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, shell scripting) is an advantage. 
• Experience working in lab environments or with telecom/networking equipment is a strong plus. 
• Awareness of AI tools and willingness to adopt them in daily workflows. 
• WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL BASED ON PROJECT OR BUSINESS NEEDS. 
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills are an advantage.
