Role Description
The Technical Desktop Support - L1.5 role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include providing technical support for desktop computers, peripheral devices, and software systems. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing printer support, troubleshooting, and performing computer repair tasks. The individual will interact with end-users, ensure timely resolution of technical problems, and contribute to maintaining a highly efficient IT environment.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Printer Support
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively under pressure
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
