Role: Technical Desk Support Intern
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers, hardware & networking
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a technical environment
- Any hardcore technical course/certification is a plus (Networking, Hardware, CCNA, IT Support, etc.)
- Freshers & interns can apply
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical/IT support
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues
- Support users with system-related queries
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
