Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Designer with experience in corporate interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, coordination drawings, working details, and supporting the execution team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed working drawings and GFC drawings for corporate interior projects
- Develop layout plans, ceiling layouts, partition details, joinery details, and coordination drawings
- Coordinate with design, MEP, and execution teams for technical alignment
- Review site measurements and ensure drawing accuracy
- Assist in BOQ preparation and material detailing
- Resolve technical and drawing-related issues during project execution
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for technical clarifications
- Maintain project documentation and revisions
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical detailing
- Understanding of materials, site execution, and coordination drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
