Headline: Technical Designer cum Merchandiser (Tactical & Outdoor) | Vanrakshak
Location: New Delhi / NCR (On-site/Hybrid)
Experience: 3–7 Years in Technical Apparel / Performance Wear
The Mission:
Vanrakshak isn't just a brand; it’s a tech-driven shield for India's forests. We are moving from screens to stores with our upcoming Flagship Store, and we need a hybrid talent who can design the "armour" our rangers wear and ensure it reaches the floor with commercial precision.
If you are obsessed with Ripstop fabrics, MOLLE systems, and the logistics of "Make in India" manufacturing, this is your role.
What You’ll Do:
Design for the Field: Create high-performance tech packs for tactical jackets, cargo pants, and utility gear using software like CLO3D or Illustrator.
Merchandise for the Store: Manage the "Range Plan"—balancing our elite professional gear with consumer-friendly outdoor apparel.
Master the Supply Chain: Source technical trims (waterproof zippers, high-denier nylon) and manage specialized vendors in the Delhi-NCR hub.
Commercial Logic: Own the costing sheets and production timelines to ensure our Flagship launch is perfectly stocked and priced.
What We’re Looking For:
A background in Technical Textiles or Apparel Production (NIFT B.F.Tech/M.F.M preferred).
Experience in Performance Wear (Tactical, Activewear, or Heavy-duty Workwear).
A "Maker" mindset: You don't just sketch; you understand seam strength and fabric GSM.
A passion for the outdoors and wildlife conservation.
