Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager
Experience: 7–12 years
Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive delivery excellence and ensure successful execution of technology projects across multiple domains. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, cross-functional technical teams, and leadership to scale delivery capabilities, optimize processes, and build long-term partnerships.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7–12 years of experience in software delivery, project management, or technical program management roles
- Proven experience managing client-facing IT projects in services or consulting environments
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, and modern application development practices
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Exposure to technologies such as APIs, microservices, databases, and modern application frameworks
- Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, or AI concepts is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience managing multiple projects or delivery streams simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
Technical & Delivery Leadership:
- Provide technical oversight and delivery governance across multiple projects and technology stacks
- Review and guide solution architectures to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
- Establish and enforce best practices for development, testing, deployment, and release management
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to drive innovation and technical excellence
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively
People & Capability Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional delivery teams
- Drive performance management, coaching, and career development initiatives
- Support hiring and onboarding to strengthen delivery capabilities
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment between team capabilities, client expectations, and business goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution and closure
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, KPIs, and delivery metrics
- Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies
