Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Java/.NET technologies and Banking domain to lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise applications. The role involves managing delivery, driving technical excellence, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for large-scale banking/financial applications
- Manage multiple scrum teams (Java/.NET) delivering microservices-based solutions
- Drive solution architecture discussions and ensure scalable, secure designs
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business, product, architecture) to gather and translate requirements
- Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and budget adherence
- Oversee SDLC processes (Agile/Scrum) and ensure process compliance
- Manage risk mitigation, escalations, and delivery governance
- Drive performance optimisation, release planning, and production support
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and team management
- Ensure compliance with banking standards, security, and regulatory requirements
