Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple technology programs
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, and product
- Drive planning, execution, and timely delivery of projects
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee Agile/Scrum delivery processes and continuous improvement
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery excellence
- Track and report project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in IT delivery/project management
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills:- Experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation projects
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise platforms
