Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple technology programs
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, and product
• Drive planning, execution, and timely delivery of projects
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee Agile/Scrum delivery processes and continuous improvement
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery excellence
• Track and report project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery/project management
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation projects
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise platforms
