About the Role
At Twenty20 Systems, we are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager who can drive successful execution of complex technology programs while ensuring high-quality delivery, team alignment, and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine technical understanding, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and people leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with business impact.
You will work closely with engineering, product, customer, and leadership teams to ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects and programs.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects and client engagements.
- Manage delivery timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across programs.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery.
- Drive delivery governance through regular reviews, planning, reporting, and escalation management.
- Ensure strong alignment between business expectations, technical teams, and customer deliverables.
- Monitor project health through delivery metrics, utilization, quality benchmarks, and operational KPIs.
- Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans proactively.
- Support resource planning, team allocation, capacity management, and delivery forecasting.
- Mentor delivery teams and foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
What Your First 3 Months Will Look Like
- Understand current projects, customers, delivery structures, and engineering workflows.
- Take ownership of delivery governance for assigned programs.
- Build strong working relationships across engineering, product, and customer teams.
- Improve visibility into project health, risks, and execution cadence.
Where You’ll Be in 6 Months
- Driving multiple programs with strong delivery governance and stakeholder confidence.
- Improving delivery predictability, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Acting as a trusted bridge between customers, leadership, and engineering teams.
- Contributing to stronger delivery frameworks, reporting systems, and team performance.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in technical delivery, program management, engineering delivery, or project leadership roles.
- Strong experience managing technology delivery across product, engineering, or client-facing programs.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, agile delivery, release planning, and delivery governance.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, delivery risks, budgets, timelines, and execution priorities.
- Experience with delivery tracking tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Peoplebox, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong understanding of resource planning, utilization management, quality metrics, and delivery KPIs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to enterprise integration, SaaS, APIs, or product delivery environments is a plus.
