We are hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to own delivery end-to-end for AI-driven product and client engagements - someone who makes real architecture calls, reviews code directly with engineering, and also owns the client conversation.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end delivery - scoping, sprint planning, quality gates, enterprise deploymentMake architecture decisions across modern AI/LLM stacks (RAG, vector search, agent pipelines) directly with engineeringScale engineering teams without losing delivery qualityConvert early pilots into production-grade, market-validated productsOwn client and stakeholder relationships, not just delivery tickets
What You Need
8–12 years combining hands-on engineering with product/delivery leadershipStrong in Python or any backend technologies cloud-native architecture (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)Direct experience with LLM APIs, LangChain, vector databases, RAG pipelinesProven record scaling teams and shipping enterprise-grade productsStrong client-facing communication skills
