Technical Delivery Manager
AI-Native Delivery · Own a Real Product · Build the Team Under You
Some night overlap with overseas clients
This role exists because delivery in 2026 looks nothing like it did three years ago.
Our engineers run Claude Code and GitHub Copilot every day. Requirements, estimation, code review, QA all of it has changed. We need a delivery lead who's already living in that world, not one who'll spend six months getting comfortable with it.
If you've been writing code (or close to it), you've started using AI tools seriously, and you're ready to own a product end-to-end — read on.
What This Is Not:
We are not hiring a Jira admin, a ceremonies-runner, or a 'process consultant.' We're hiring the person the CTO trusts to walk into a sprint review and say — with technical credibility — what's actually going on and what we should do about it.
What You'll Do:
1. End-to-end delivery
Sprint engine, release cadence, scope discipline, code review SLAs, QA gates, production deploys. You work inside our existing stack — Jira, GitHub, Notion — and the Techdome Blueprint that governs how we plan, engineer, and operate.
2. Engineering judgment
You've been a developer or tech lead. You can read a PR, smell a bad architecture call, push back on an overengineered solution, and know when a '2-day estimate' is really a 5-day rabbit hole. That instinct is why this role exists.
3. Rebuild delivery for the AI era
Your job is to redesign how we plan, estimate, review code, and test — with AI in the loop. Not bolt on tools. Rebuild the process.
Sprint planning with AI-assisted estimation and scope modelling
Code review workflows where Copilot/Claude are first reviewers, not afterthoughts
QA processes that assume AI-generated code and catch what AI misses
Async documentation and decision capture using AI, not manual overhead
4. Build the team underneath you
Restructure the existing PM/BA/QA layer. Hire to fill gaps. You will be measured on the team you build as much as the product you ship.
5. Own client-facing delivery
Weekly syncs, status reports, escalations, roadmap conversations — directly with clients. A few late-evening calls per week for timezone overlap.
6. Stand up the operational layer
Support inbox and SLA tracking
Feature request intake and triage
Client onboarding workflows
CRM setup (GHL preferred) for GTM and support motion
Incident response and post-mortem discipline
Who We're Looking For
Non-negotiable
7+ years total but we want the 7-year person who is still deep in the craft, not the 12-year person who has moved into oversight mode. You've written production code or led a team recently enough that you can still call BS on engineering excuses from experience, not memory.
Delivery credibility on a real software product — with actual users, not just internal IT projects.
AI tools are already part of how you work — Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent. You have opinions on what these change about delivery, not just 'I've tried ChatGPT.'
People management experience — you've hired, given feedback, had hard conversations.
Jira + GitHub operating fluency — no hand-holding needed.
Comfort owning client-facing comms — including occasional night calls.
Strongly preferred
B2B SaaS background — you understand the customer lifecycle, not just software delivery.
You've shipped something with AI assistance and thought hard about what it changes upstream (in design, QA, estimation).
You've restructured or built a PM/QA/BA function — not just managed one that already existed.
What we don't care about
Certifications. CSM, SAFe, PMP — irrelevant. Show us the products you've shipped and the teams you've built.
And honestly? If you're at the stage where delivery management means stakeholder management, status decks, and protecting your calendar — this isn't that. We want someone with 7+ years who is still deep in the work, not someone who has delegated their way out of it.
Who You'll Work With
Gaurav Chouhan (CTO) — your reporting manager. Direct, technical, expects ownership.
Rahul Joshi (CEO) — GTM, client relationships, commercial side.
Engineering, design, QA, and product teams you'll be leading delivery for.
How We Hire
Fast. We're looking to close this in two weeks.
Step 1 — AI-led screening on JustInterview.ai — async, take it when it suits you.
Step 2 — 30-min intro call with Gaurav (CTO) or Rahul (CEO).
Step 3 - Deep-dive on a delivery situation from your past real numbers, real decisions.
- Working session: walk us through how you'd diagnose and fix a struggling sprint.
- Final conversation with both founders.
If you've been waiting for a delivery role where the founder is technical, the product is real, the team is yours to shape, and the bureaucracy is zero — this is it.
