Senior Advisor
Context & Objectives
Provide strategic oversight of the IDMC platform, ensuring scalability, alignment with Informatica best practices, and proactive risk management in a high-volumetry enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise global evolution of MDM and CAI architecture
- Challenge and validate integration and data management design decisions
- Anticipate performance, scalability, and observability risks
- Coordinate escalation management with Informatica
- Drive proactive improvements (e.g., performance optimization before incidents occur)
- Conduct weekly strategy sessions and internal technical workshops
- Support management reporting and executive steering
Deliverables
- Strategic roadmap recommendations
- Governance inputs and executive reporting
- Performance and scalability improvement proposals
- Escalation follow-up documentation
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced expertise in IDMC ecosystem (MDM, CAI/iPaaS, Data Integration, Data Quality)
- Strong knowledge of Golden Record design, match/merge, survivorship rules
- Deep understanding of API-led integration and ESB patterns
- Experience with large-scale, multi-source MDM platforms
- Performance tuning and operability governance experience
Functional / Business Skills
- Executive-level communication
- Vendor coordination (Informatica collaboration)
- Proactive risk management mindset
- Strategic thinking with operational awareness
Experience & Seniority
- Enterprise-scale MDM program experience
- Expected workload : 10% part time ~0,5 days per week
