Your Role in the Team's Success
We are now looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to act as the interface between our product teams and regional markets, ensuring smooth software delivery and optimization for early value delivery across APAC and Middle East. While experienced engineering managers own major strategic initiatives, this role focuses on delivering incremental improvements and supporting them when required through dependency management across regions and time zones.
You will manage and optimize workflow across all 4 products and 5 regions while supporting the APACME Leadership with team coordination, resourcing, planning, and work visualization. You'll be the glue holding our delivery operation together as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Delivery Leadership and Optimization (40%)
Responsibilities:
- Focus on delivering incremental value improvements alongside unexpected/unplanned work (regulatory items, compliance updates, security patches)
- Support Head of Techs who own major strategic initiatives
- Understand regional dynamics and ways of working across Singapore, Australia, UAE, Japan, and Emerging Markets
- Identify, manage, and coordinate dependencies (inbound/outbound) between products and regions
- Anticipate and resolve potential blockers to delivery using technical expertise
- Translate technical/regulatory/market issues into clear options enabling swift decision-making
- Cross-Regional Coordination and Optimization (35%)
Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and visualize workflow across all 4 products and 5 regions
- Support the APACME leadership with management of technology teams, including resourcing, planning, and work visualization
- Coordinate dependencies across regional boundaries (Singapore ↔ Australia ↔ UAE ↔ Japan ↔ EM)
- Manage multi-timezone collaboration (coordinating between India, Singapore, Australia, UK)
- Work with non-delivery technology functions (Platform Team, Innovation Lab, Standards Board) to ensure seamless operations
- Provide strategic oversight of capacity and resource allocation across products and regions
- Team Enablement and Continuous Improvement (15%)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and mentor teams on agile practices and data-driven continuous improvement
- Help teams understand and address bottlenecks using empirical methods (DORA metrics, deployment frequency, lead time)
- Support teams in continually improving standards, ways of working, organizational structure
- Enable work by ensuring teams have resources, clarity, and visibility
- Foster a culture of "we ship fast, we fail fast, we learn fast"

Responsibilities:
- Excel at stakeholder communication across all levels (engineers, Tech heads, head of technology APACME, regional leaders, compliance teams)
- Collaborate closely with Tech, product and business stakeholders
- Provide regular delivery updates through verbal and written communications (weekly reports, daily standups)
- Support project discovery, definition, and estimation coordination
- Attend stakeholder meetings and represent delivery perspective in project working groups
- Communicate across multiple time zones effectively
Who We're Looking For
You're an experienced delivery leader who thrives in complex, multi-team, multi-regional environments. You have deep technical understanding (you can talk architecture, databases, APIs, cloud deployment) but your strength is orchestrating delivery across boundaries. You're data-driven, focused on metrics that matter (deployment frequency, lead time, reliability), and you know that great delivery comes from removing blockers, not micromanaging.
You're Also Someone Who:
- Stays calm when 3 products and 4 regions all have urgent issues
- Can translate technical complexity into clear business options
- Mentors teams to improve themselves (not just telling them what to do)
- Excels at multi-timezone collaboration (and doesn't mind odd meeting times)

Required Experience
What You'll Need for This Role
Delivery Management (Essential)
- 5+ years managing delivery across multiple teams and/or products
- Experience coordinating complex dependencies across teams, regions, or organizations
- Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
- Understanding of agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices
- Experience with metrics-driven improvement (DORA metrics, delivery metrics, team velocity)
Technical Foundation (Essential)
- Strong technical background with ability to understand architectural systems and engineering concepts
- Can have technical conversations with architects and engineers (understand trade-offs)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, databases (at least conceptual understanding)
- Understanding of testing, deployment, and CI/CD concepts
- Can coordinate technical solutions without necessarily building them yourself
Regional/Multi-Market Experience (Preferred)
- Experience operating across multiple time zones and regional markets
- Understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements (fintech, trading, financial services)
- Experience with international market expansion and coordination
- Exposure to APACME markets or similar emerging growth regions
Leadership & Communication
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to engage effectively across organizational levels (engineers to executives)
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Ability to translate high-level strategy into tangible action plans

- Background in scaling organizations (from 50 to 150+ people)
- Certification in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
- Experience with deployment frequency and lead time improvements
