Hands-on technical owner who architects, plans, and ships AI-powered applications
alongside the team — without needing to be managed.
We're building the infrastructure for autonomous organizations — AI agents, orchestration, and tooling that rewires how work gets done. You'll be the person who takes a problem, architects a solution, and leads the team to ship it. No micromanagement. Real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
– Architect and design AI-powered applications end-to-end — from problem understanding to stack decisions
– Plan and break down projects into clear, executable work for the team
– Write code, review, debug, and unblock — you're in the work, not above it
– Drive delivery: own timelines, surface risks early, keep things moving
– Collaborate on AI-assisted workflows where humans and agents work together
– Communicate clearly upward and across — without hand-holding
What We're Looking For
– 3–7 years in software engineering with a track record of shipping production work
– Built and deployed applications that integrate LLMs or AI — not just experimented
– Has led technical work informally or formally — doesn't need the title to step up
– Comfortable across the stack: backend, APIs, frontend basics, cloud infra
– Strong communicator: writes clear specs, flags risks, runs planning sessions
– Ownership mentality — sees problems through, not to the edge of their lane
GOOD TO HAVE
– Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)
– Human-in-the-loop or AI review pipeline experience
– Has worked in a small team or startup where scope was broad and resources lean
