VarenyaZ is looking for a Technical Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Mohali, Chandigarh. This position is open to interns as well as full-time candidates. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately transcribe, format, and migrate technical data and text into specific digital environments.
As a Technical Data Entry Specialist, you will work within development tools to ensure all technical text and data are entered exactly as provided, maintaining strict formatting guidelines and supporting our technical teams by handling high-volume copy-typing tasks.
Mandatory Requirements
- Open to freshers and interns; prior experience in data entry, copy-typing, or clerical roles is a plus.
- Demonstrated typing speed of at least 40–50 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with navigating text editors, specifically Visual Studio Code (VS Code), for document and text entry.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with special characters, brackets, spacing, and indentations common in technical files.
- Ability to accurately copy-type complex text and data.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple document tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in English to effectively read and transcribe source materials.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks.
