About the Babaclick Graduate Internship Programme '26This is a hands-on, execution-focused internship built around real operational environments — not simulated case studies or observation-led learning.
Interns will contribute across structured data workflows, operational analysis, AI-assisted systems, automation initiatives, internal tooling, reporting infrastructure, prompt engineering, workflow optimisation, and modern AI-enabled execution environments.
You will work closely with senior leadership and core operators on live business workflows impacting operational performance, marketplace execution, commercial visibility, and scalable decision-making.
The environment is fast-moving, highly iterative, and output-driven.
You will be expected to think clearly, move quickly, and contribute meaningfully from an early stage.
Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for individuals who are analytical, technically curious, operationally sharp, and comfortable working within high-accountability environments.
Strong candidates will typically demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal fluency in English
- High analytical capability and structured problem-solving ability
- Comfort working with data, systems, workflows, and operational information
- Strong prompting and AI-assisted reasoning capability
- Intellectual curiosity around AI systems, automation, analytics, and operational tooling
- The ability to navigate ambiguity independently and execute reliably
The role requires strong comfort working with structured data and operational information, including analysing large datasets, improving data quality, identifying anomalies or inconsistencies, and converting raw information into actionable operational or commercial insights.
Candidates should already be reasonably conversant with modern AI tools and AI-assisted workflows. We are not looking for casual AI users. We are looking for individuals who understand how to utilise AI systems as part of analysis, research, workflow optimisation, automation, and execution.
Exposure to tools or environments such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Python, APIs, SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, automation tooling, analytics environments, Git/GitHub workflows, or self-initiated AI projects is beneficial.
Backgrounds in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or similarly analytical disciplines are advantageous, though not mandatory.
