Position: Technical Data Analyst Location: Hyderabad/Vadodara Job Type: Full Time Work Type: Onsite Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis, Modeling Engineering Analyze and engineer complex datasets to develop a deep understanding of underlying data structures, business processes, and analytical use cases. Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, semantic models, curated datasets, and analytical views within Microsoft Fabric. Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality across engineering and analytics workflows. Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and analysts to model data using dimensional, tabular, and analytical best practices. Leverage Fabric Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Dataflows Gen2 to ingest, transform, optimize, and engineer data for reporting, Power BI dashboards, and AI- driven insights.Implement scalable and maintainable engineering solutions to support advanced analytics, AI integration, and enterprise BI initiatives. Reporting, Visualization s Insights: Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards that meet business and executive needs. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to deliver actionable insights. Optimize Power BI models and reports for performance, scalability, and usability. Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear analytical solutions and visual storytelling. AI, Automation s Advanced Analytics Use Microsoft Foundry to experiment with and operationalize advanced analytics, AI, and data science capabilities. Design and implement Copilot Studio solutions to enable conversational analytics, data discovery, and self-service insights. Collaborate with business users to embed AI-assisted insights and automation into reporting and analytics workflows. Support responsible AI adoption by validating data inputs, outputs, and business logic. Governance, Security s Compliance Adhere to enterprise data governance, security, and privacy standards. Implement and support row-level security (RLS), object-level security (OLS), and data classification within Power BI and Fabric. Ensure proper documentation of data definitions, business rules, and report logic to support transparency and auditability. Work with data owners and stewards to ensure consistent definitions and trusted enterprise metrics. Collaboration, Delivery Support Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize analytics work, and meet delivery timelines. Provide production support for analytics and reporting solutions, including issue resolution and enhancements. Identify and communicate data quality issues, risks, and dependencies proactively. Participate in planning, estimation, and release activities for analytics initiatives. Standards, Documentation Quality Contribute to the development and enforcement of analytics, reporting, and visualization standards. Perform quality assurance activities such as peer reviews and validation of datasets and reports. Produce high-quality documentation, including: Data definitions and business logic Technical and functional specifications Report user guides and support documentation Qualifications: Education Experience Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field (or equivalent experience). 4 8 years of relevant experience in data engineering, analysis and reporting roles. Total Exp: 7 years Skills: Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI. SQL, Snowflake, AI-enabled analytic using Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio.
