Job Title: Technical Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to support our global Sales and
Procurement operations. This role plays a key part in managing sourcing activities for equipment and
technical products. The ideal candidate will coordinate with international teams, suppliers, and
customers to ensure efficient procurement processes, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze technical data, drawings, and specifications to identify sourcing requirements.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Handle client inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
• Track purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time arrival.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in procurement.
• Maintain and review the supplier database for alignment with company standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for quality improvement and issue resolution.
Required Skills
• Strong analytical ability to interpret technical documentation and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
• Sound negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams (Dubai, Japan,
etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Purchase, or Technical Support roles
