Job Title: Technical Content Writer – B2B SaaS & Software
Type: Full-Time / Hybrid in Mumbai
Reports To: Marketing Lead / Founder
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp Technical Content Writer who can translate complex software concepts into compelling content that educates, engages, and converts. You’ll own long-form content — thought leadership blogs, case studies, eBooks, and whitepapers — that drives inbound leads for a B2B software audience.
What You’ll Own
• Write in-depth blog posts covering software features, integrations, industry workflows, and best practices
• Develop case studies that tell real customer success stories with measurable outcomes
• Produce eBooks and whitepapers used as gated lead-generation assets
• Collaborate with product, sales, and SMEs to extract technical depth and turn it into readable content
• Optimize all content for SEO and conversion intent
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of content writing experience at a software or SaaS company — this is non-negotiable
• Proven portfolio: blogs, at least 2 case studies, and 1+ eBook or long-form asset
• Ability to self-research technical topics and interview subject matter experts
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and how content maps to funnel stages
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (keyword intent, on-page structure, internal linking)
• Bonus: experience writing for construction tech, ERP, analytics, or data platforms
You Are NOT a Fit If
• You’ve only written generalist or consumer content
• You need heavy editing to reach publishable quality
• You can’t work independently with minimal hand-holding
