Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Content Writer role based in Delhi, India. The Technical Content Writer will create clear, engaging, and technically accurate content for web pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product documentation, and thought leadership assets focused on AI, cloud, DevOps, and digital transformation. Responsibilities include collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, business-ready content aligned with brand and SEO guidelines. The role involves conducting in-depth research on industry trends and emerging technologies, organizing information into logical structures, and maintaining a consistent tone and style across channels. Day-to-day tasks also include proofreading, editing, updating existing content assets, and supporting marketing campaigns with landing page copy, email content, and social media narratives as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, concise, and audience-appropriate language.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Research, including topic ideation, competitor analysis, and aligning content with marketing and business goals.
- Advanced Proofreading and editing abilities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guides and brand standards.
- Prior experience writing technical or B2B content in domains such as AI, cloud computing, DevOps, SaaS, or software development is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, content management systems (CMS), and basic analytics tools to optimize content performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site in Delhi and openness to continuous learning in rapidly evolving technology areas.
