Role Description The Technical Content Writer at MetaPlant™️ is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this position, the writer develops clear, accurate, and engaging technical content that explains complex industrial software, AI automation, and robotics solutions to engineering and operations audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating web pages, product documentation, how-to guides, blog posts, and marketing collateral; collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams to gather information; and translating technical details into accessible language. The role also involves maintaining content consistency across platforms, optimizing content for readability and usability, and ensuring all materials align with brand voice and technical standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to create clear and engaging online materials, with strong skills in Web Content Writing and Writing.
- Capability to plan and structure content effectively, with experience in Content Strategy.
- Strong Research skills to understand complex technical topics, products, and industry trends.
- Attention to detail and quality, with advanced Proofreading skills.
- Proven experience as a technical writer or content writer in software, engineering, or industrial domains.
- Excellent command of written English and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Comfort working on-site in a cross-functional environment and collaborating with technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial software, 3D design tools, AI, or robotics is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of content management systems and documentation tools is beneficial.
