Role Description The Technical Content Writer will create clear, accurate, and engaging content that explains Klynetech’s digital, development, and technology services to both technical and non-technical audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing website copy, blogs, case studies, product and feature descriptions, technical documentation, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves researching industry trends, collaborating with development, design, and marketing teams to gather technical information, and translating complex concepts into user-friendly content. The Technical Content Writer will also optimize content for search engines, maintain content consistency across platforms, and support campaign-specific messaging. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana.
Qualifications
- Strong technical writing and web content creation skills, with the ability to explain complex IT and digital concepts in simple, accurate language.
- Experience researching technology topics, analyzing documentation, and converting technical inputs from developers and designers into structured content.
- Proficiency in editing, proofreading, and maintaining style consistency, tone, and quality across multiple content formats.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO basics, keyword usage, and content optimization for online platforms.
- Comfort working with web technologies, modern frameworks, and IT services domains such as web development, e-commerce, and creative design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a Technical Content Writer, IT Content Writer, or similar role in a technology or digital services company is an advantage.
