Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Technical Content Writer. The role involves researching, writing, and proofreading clear, well-structured content on Microsoft products, including troubleshooting guides and instructional materials. The writer will also contribute to developing and executing content strategies aimed at informing and engaging the audience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and general Writing skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategies
- Strong Research and Proofreading skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft products such as Windows and Microsoft 365 is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must have a Windows 11 installed system
- A decent Internet connection
- Basic knowledge of how to write posts, add screenshots in WordPress CMS
- Should be able to content with 300+ words and lengthy articles with detailed steps and screenshots
