About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, precise, and technically accurate documentation and content that supports our data-driven projects. Your primary focus will be analyzing datasets, particularly in JSON format, to extract valuable business insights and present your findings through well-structured notebooks, technical artifacts, and comprehensive documentation. You will work closely with researchers and stakeholders, translating complex technical results into understandable narratives and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality outputs consistently.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience as a technical content writer, analyst, or software developer. A strong foundation in technical writing, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and structured content, is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working with data formats such as JSON and interpreting datasets effectively. Knowledge of Python is required to support data exploration, validation, and reproducible analysis, although this role does not involve core engineering responsibilities. Familiarity with notebooks and scripting workflows to facilitate analysis and documentation is highly desirable. A good understanding of code quality, formatting, and documentation best practices is necessary. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain clear, well-structured technical documentation, including reports, notebooks, and other deliverables.
- Analyze public datasets, especially in JSON format, to derive meaningful business insights and respond to key analytical questions.
- Explain reasoning, logic, and methodologies in notebooks or other appropriate formats to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Work with JSON-based data, ensuring outputs are accurate, organized, and easy to interpret.
- Utilize Python scripting as needed to support data exploration, validation, and analysis workflows.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of methods, assumptions, and findings to maintain traceability and clarity.
- Collaborate effectively with researchers and stakeholders to refine insights, validate findings, and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Maintain high standards of output quality, accuracy, and consistency in all deliverables.
