About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation that supports our data-driven initiatives. You will work closely with research teams and stakeholders to analyze datasets, primarily in JSON format, and extract meaningful business insights. Your ability to translate complex technical findings into concise narratives, notebooks, or other understandable artifacts is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience working with public datasets, scripting in Python for data exploration, and a strong aptitude for explaining technical concepts in a straightforward manner. Your contributions will help bridge the gap between complex research outputs and practical business applications, ensuring that insights are accessible and actionable across various teams.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience as a technical content writer, analyst, or software developer. A strong command of technical writing skills is essential, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and structured content. Familiarity with data formats such as JSON and the ability to interpret datasets effectively are required. Proficiency in Python scripting for data exploration, validation, and reproducible analysis is preferred, although this is not a core engineering position. Candidates should also have experience working with notebooks and scripting workflows to support analysis and documentation. A solid understanding of code quality, formatting, and documentation best practices is necessary. Strong analytical skills combined with business acumen are vital for drawing appropriate conclusions and communicating findings effectively. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field is required.
