About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical documentation that supports our data-driven initiatives. Your expertise in analyzing datasets, particularly JSON and public datasets, will be essential in extracting meaningful insights and translating complex technical information into understandable narratives. You will work closely with researchers and stakeholders to ensure that technical findings are communicated effectively, facilitating informed decision-making and advancing project goals. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines are critical to success in this position.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience as a technical content writer, analyst, or software developer. A strong foundation in technical writing, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and accurate content, is essential. You should be comfortable working with data formats such as JSON and interpreting datasets to derive insights. Familiarity with Python scripting for data exploration, validation, and reproducible analysis is expected, although this role is not primarily a software engineering position. Knowledge of notebooks and scripting workflows to support analysis and documentation will be advantageous. Candidates must have a good understanding of code quality, formatting, and documentation best practices. Excellent analytical abilities, business acumen, and proficiency in spoken and written English are required. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Produce clear, well-structured technical documentation and deliverables that effectively communicate complex concepts.
- Analyze public datasets, particularly JSON-based data, to extract actionable business insights and respond to analytical questions.
- Explain reasoning, logic, and methodologies in notebooks or other suitable formats to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Utilize Python scripting to support data exploration, validation, and analysis workflows.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of methods, assumptions, and findings to maintain traceability and clarity.
- Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to refine insights, validate results, and align deliverables with project objectives.
- Maintain high standards of output quality, accuracy, and consistency in all technical content produced.
- Stay updated on best practices in technical writing, data analysis, and AI research to continuously improve documentation standards.
