Role Description The Technical Content Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The person in this role will create clear, accurate, and engaging technical content, including blog posts, case studies, technical articles, website copy, and product-focused materials that support CodeStore’s digital transformation and modernization services. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts and technology teams to translate complex concepts into accessible narratives, conducting research on industry trends and company solutions, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all content. The Technical Content Writer will also structure content for the web, optimize materials for readability and discoverability, and review and refine existing content to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with business objectives. This role involves working closely with marketing and sales teams to develop content that supports lead generation, client education, and thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, concise manner.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to plan, structure, and develop content aligned with business and audience needs.
- Candidates should possess Proofreading skills and attention to detail to ensure error-free, consistent, and professional content.
- Strong understanding of software development, digital transformation, or related technology domains is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a technical writer or content writer in a technology or IT services environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
