About Us

We're a small, focused team that works with AI and developer tool companies to drive organic growth. Our clients build LLM infrastructure, developer platforms, AI agents, and dev tools.

We do technical content, SEO, GEO (generative engine optimisation), and distribution.

About the Role

This is a founding role. You won't be joining a content team. You'll be building one. You'll work directly with the founder and own content and growth end-to-end for our clients. That means strategy, execution, client communication, writer management, and delivery. All of it.

We're not looking for someone who needs a playbook handed to them. We need someone who can write the playbook, test it, break it, and make it better.

What you'll do:

• Plan and execute SEO and GEO strategies for AI/dev tool companies
• Write and oversee high-quality technical content (LLMs, RAG, agents, APIs, infrastructure, developer workflows)
• Drive distribution across LinkedIn, X, Reddit
• Manage writers and contractors. Set standards, review work, give feedback, and maintain quality
• Own client relationships. You'll be on calls, setting expectations, and ensuring delivery
• Build repeatable content and growth systems that scale beyond just you
• Report directly to the founder and shape how we do content as a company

You should apply if:

• You have 2+ years of experience in technical content, SEO, or growth
• You can write about LLMs, RAG, agents, vector databases, and AI infrastructure without making it sound like a press release
• You're comfortable reading code, understanding APIs, and grasping how technical products actually work
• You've used AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) in real workflows, not just written about them
• You understand what makes developers trust a piece of content vs. bounce immediately
• You can manage people and projects
• You're comfortable talking to clients directly and owning the relationship
• You work well independently and take full ownership of what you ship
• You're excited about building something from the ground up, not just executing someone else's vision

This role is not for you if:

• You need detailed instructions for every task
• You've never written technical content for a developer audience
• You're not comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out as you go
