Role Description The Technical Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves researching sustainability, AI, ML, and related technology topics, and transforming complex technical information into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences. The Technical Content Creator will write and edit blogs, white papers, case studies, website copy, product documentation, and marketing collateral that highlight Sustainabyte’s solutions and impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts and product teams, maintaining a consistent brand voice, optimizing content for digital channels, and ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with sustainability goals. The role also includes updating existing content, supporting presentations and sales materials, and contributing to content strategy and editorial planning.
Qualifications
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Experience creating content on technology topics such as AI, ML, LLMs, Industry 4.0, or digital sustainability solutions.
- Proficiency in research and information synthesis, including reviewing technical papers, product materials, and industry reports.
- Editing and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality grammar and style.
- Familiarity with digital content practices, including basic SEO principles and content optimization for web and social media.
- Interest or background in sustainability, climate action, or environmental management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and organization.
- Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., office suites, project management platforms, documentation tools).
