Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Technical Consultant based in Noida for 3-6 months. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support on plastic compounding for optical applications.
Additionally, the consultant will collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and support sales through technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess, interpret, and solve complex technical challenges related to plastic compounding.
- Experience providing Consulting services and working closely with internal teams to understand needs and deliver solutions in lighting products through hands-on execution of plastic material compounding to achieve the optical grade needed.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve issues related to plastic
- efficiently
- Ability to assist Sales teams through technical expertise and advisory
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in electronics, lighting, or manufacturing industries is an advantage
