Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Technical Consultant. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for conducting technical consultations with clients, providing technical support, resolving system issues through troubleshooting, analyzing client needs, and recommending tailored solutions. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to assist in client acquisition and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and the ability to assess and interpret technical requirements and challenges
- Experience in Consulting and offering solutions that meet client requirements
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Understanding of Sales processes and ability to collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Previous experience in IT/ITES or digital marketing services is a strong advantage
