About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Coupa Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and *Source-to-Pay (S2P)* solutions, enterprise integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working across both technical and functional areas, helping organizations streamline procurement processes while building scalable integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP, SAP, and other financial applications.
You will be involved in end-to-end implementation, integration design, solution architecture, business process mapping, testing, deployment, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities (60%)
✅ Design and implement Coupa integrations with ERP and enterprise applications
✅ Develop and support integrations using:
- Java
- Spring / Spring Boot
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
✅ Build and maintain:
- Coupa APIs
- CSV/XML/JSON integrations
- Interface mappings
- Data transformations
- Reconciliation processes
✅ Work with middleware platforms such as:
- MuleSoft
- Dell Boomi
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
✅ Configure and support integrations for:
- Suppliers
- Purchase Orders
- Invoices
- Receipts
- Cost Centers
- Chart of Accounts
- Master Data
✅ Troubleshoot:
- Integration failures
- API issues
- Authentication errors
- Performance bottlenecks
✅ Support OAuth2, Tokens, Certificates, and Secure Integrations
✅ Create:
- Technical Design Documents
- Interface Design Documents
- Mapping Specifications
- Deployment Plans
✅ Support SIT, UAT, Production Deployment, and Hypercare
Functional Responsibilities (40%)
✅ Gather and analyze business requirements
✅ Configure and support Coupa modules across:
- P2P
- S2P
- Supplier Management
- Invoicing
- Approval Workflows
✅ Understand and support:
- Supplier Onboarding
- Procurement Requisitions
- Purchase Orders
- Invoice Matching
- Approval Workflows
✅ Work closely with Procurement and Finance teams
✅ Prepare:
